What is a support incident?
When you call ACS Support, we will collect information about your account, product version, and support issue. We will then make an effort to direct you to existing documentation and tools, which may provide a solution. If your solution requires additional research or follow up, a support “case” will be opened and an incident will be charged.
A support incident covers a single support issue, and the appropriate effort required to solve it.
Multiple questions and issues related to a single topic, may be handled with a single incident at the discretion of ACS Support staff.
Support incidents will not be charged when related to known software defects. Defects are recognized at the sole discretion of ACS Support staff.
A support incident may not be used for “back-end” database-specific projects such as data imports/exports, database manipulation, custom development, etc.
